There were no reviews at the time I bought this blue folio case. I like its looks very much. The leather is nice quality and the case is very attractive. Unfortunately, the holder for the Surface pen is on the outside back of the case, and the case doesn't lay flat when you lay it down. I'm trying to decide how important that is long-term and whether to return it.

This case weighs about 1.2 lbs, while my surface pro 3 WITH keyboard cover is about 2.3 pounds. So this portfolio case makes it a LOT heavier, more than 50% heavier. So much that it weighs more than my 10 year old Lenovo with a neoprene sleeve. Making this so heavy basically defeats the purpose of the slim sleek and sexy tablet/laptop that the surface is. Returning this to the store. Nice quality but bad design for my travel and carrying purposes.

Platinum Folio Excellent Quality I have been using this case for over a year and find it to be very quality. It not only protects my entire Surface Pro 4 but it also has its own integrated kickstand which takes the load off of the Surface built in kick stand. The quality of the leather is very high grade and it feels good to the touch. I purchased this case to protect my new surface pro 4. Although I would have liked to have at least a business card holder included as part of the case, it seemed pretty good quality for the price. The surface fit snuggly into the corner holders and keyboard attached just fine. The problem I have with the case is the rear kick stand. It's a one position only (which I don't love), but worse it would not stayed closed while transporting. It would open up and the stand holder would engage, making me have to manually close it while walking around. They need some more powerful magnets to hold it shut. This was a deal breaker for me and I'll have to return it. Other than that it seemed to be a nice case.

This is the only case I have and it gets the job done. I was searching for a case that had a stylish look and would keep my investment safe, I found exactly that in this case. The case is very rigid and I have complete faith if dropped it would be ok.

I like this case and how it looks. The only thing that could make it better would be a sturdier kickstand. It will probably suffice for 90% of the population as is. If you also have a 3 year old, don't let them near it, as it can and will bend easily.

I bought the Surface 4 and wanted to a good case for it. I'm upgrading from to the Surface 3 to the 4. I got this case. The label stated the case fits both the Surface pro 4 and the Surfase pro 3. It does not fit the Surface pro 3.

Product is excellet, however I felt it was not needed if you are purchasing the Surface Pro 4 for in home use. Cover gets in the way more than anything. If your on the go highly reccommend.

I bought this case not knowing if it would be what I needed but since purchasing it & using it, IT WAS GREAT!

It fits the surface very good with the keypad attached.

The magnet that is in this case causes the track pad on the keyboard to become inoperable or causes the curser to move sporadically around the screen. It is designed to allow you to use the keyboard with the Surface but you will quickly find out that you can barely use the thing when it is underneath the keyboard. If they used straps or Velcro then no one would be having this problem.... The product definitely didn't go through enough testing to figure out this problem. I noticed it the first time I booted up, ive seen this problem before with other cases. It is a known issue and should never be overlooked like it has been here.

Good product but i have to do a little mods to make it fit right. You have to trim the upper left tab or else it will hit the power button.
