I guess that is what you get it for, but few things I think they could have improved upon. Does not free stand without a lot of adjusting. And does not have opening in frame clutch for easy removal for SD card. So if you want to throw more movies/songs on card, you have to pry tab out and then snap back in . Clumsy. ..
