The plastic is very cheap on the frame; it cracked and then and broke off on the control (power button) side within two weeks without ever having been dropped or struck. I live more than thirty miles from the closest BB and so was stuck with it. I bought a different case online.

The holding tray cracks at the top and loose holding

Not the best design to hold tablet. Cradle cranked less than 30 days with normal use and Best Buy will not refund or store credit. Item made for Best Buy and has a 1 year warranty, but they are not standing behind their merchandises. Not happy with Best Buy.

haven't had these items (2) for little over a month. Paid more than 30 bucks apiece for them. Plastic casing on both breaking already. Junk. try to find cases using rubber instead of cheap plastic. You may pay a little more, but worth it in the long run

Bought this case when i purchased my tablet, but didn't like it it doesn't hold the tablet in place. I Returned it !

Put this smart case on my new Galaxy S2, nothing to hold the top close to the tablet. Kept popping up and turning the screen on. Immediately took it off and returned it. Would not recommend.

Not a very good buy tabs keep breaking around volume button and power button second cover being replaced within a month

Plastic clips broke in a few months & no warranty.

This is the second one I returned the first one it always cracks on the side it doesn't fit very well

I purchased this case mainly because of the price. When I placed my tablet inside, I found it difficult to access the buttons on the right side. Everything else about it seemed okay. I returned it to Best Buy and purchased the Samsung case which costs $25 more but is a better fit for the tablet. In addition, the Samsung case has a sleep/wake feature.

I bought this case because it is the style of case I have found most useful for the way I use an tablet, landscape orientation and with the large base of folio cover like this one. The case fits the Samsung S2 8.0 well, allows access to the controls and ports and adds only a little to the weight of the tablet, is very reasonably priced and easy to use and relatively stable as a stand in landscape orientation. Only feature I wish it included was support for the tablet's cover sensor for sleep and wake with cover close and open. But at this price point it is great.

First purchased the Samsung branded case made for the Galaxy Tab S2. Was very unhappy with the locking mechanism and with the fit (would not lay flat), so it was returned. The Platinum case also allows the tablet to lock in place, but it utilizes a rigid molded interior which fits extremely well against the back and sides of the unit (much easier to install and remove the tablet.) This case has a very low profile and adds almost no extra bulk to the tablet.

Loved the cover as it is light and would have fit my tablet however I could not get the tablet into the cover without possibly damaging the tablet. On top of that if I had gotten it into the cover I would not have had easy access to the on/off and volume buttons and no access at all to the sd slot. Took it back and ordered one on line from Walmart.

Exterior looks great and premium. Open it up and the inside cover is very cheap looking and feels even cheaper. The cover is not magnetic but still allows sleep/awake. The edges hang over the cover which is not good. They should be flush with the tablet case. Turn your finger sideways to adjust the volume and power on/off the S2. Even a normal size finger can't press the buttons because of the cover overhang. The overhang of the edges is the real killer. The case does protect the camera and the display. Looks good but it's not very practical.

Power and volume access holes are too small. It difficult to get the tablet into the case but much much harder to bget it out. The case does not activate the auto screen off function.

I wish the tablet wood snap into this case but it won't. Otherwise it is very functional.

The fit is TOO tight. If you are not very very careful (most of us) you will actually break your screen trying to install or uninstall this cover!

Got it end of July, started using (carrying in purse) it mid August and piece broke off mid to late September. It was small piece, by the power and volume keys, so I'm sill able to use it but, it's a shame that for the price charged for it that a piece broke off at all.

Nice case for the galaxy tab.. but be careful when buying.. I had to return mine due to compatibility problems.
