Serious trouble getting the phone out of this case to replace the screen saver . Best Buys Geek Squad wouldnt even help said they had problems before and did not want the responsiblity if they broke the phone . Best Buy was the ones who picked it out for me saying it was the best !

The stand is hard to flick out. Overall it's a good product.

I never did a review before. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the case because the majority of the reviews were positive. I purchase three of them. I regret ever purchasing them!!! The one that I had on my IPhone Rose Gold 6splus phone destroyed it!!!!!!!! I had my phone for less than a week and it wasn't purchased at Best Buy. I called the store where I purchased it from and was told to call the geek squad. I called the geek squad and was told that they had created a case for me and that someone would call me within 48 hrs which never happened, but for me to go to the store that I purchased it to see how they can assist me. I went into the store it took them forever to get the case off of my phone, they took it in the back and told me that it took two men to get the case off of my phone. They printed and documented that the case was defective and that it damage my phone, but I never received a call back from anyone, I called the geek squad back, and spoke to a very rude customer service rep who said that she would send me a gift card for 35.00 dollars to cover what I paid for the phone, which was not enough seeing that I paid 849.00 dollars for the phone. I immediately called my daughter and told her not to put the case on her phone and I called my son while at Best Buy in the presence of the Best Buy workers as the worker at Best Buy recommended that I do and told him to not to try and take the case off of his phone but to bring it to them to avoid another phone being damage (destroyed). Thankfully my daughteer had not put it on her phone yet and my son had Best Buy to remove from his phone. Which left me with a damage phone that had to be replace at the cost of myself the customer! I was very hurt and disappointed at how I was mishandle ( no resolution) I think Highly of Best Buy and purchase from them often and even have a credit with them but I' m looking to do business somewhere else after what I experience. I was hurt more than anything after being promised a $35.00 dollar gift was very insulting on top of NEVER receiving it or hearing from anyone from Best Buy, not that I was okay with the receiving $35.00. The billions of dollars that Best Buy make even if they offered me a gift card for what I paid for the phone or what they sale it for in their store for me to use in their store would have been better than $35.00 dollars or nothing at all, but to not do anything is not acceptable!!!!! This product need to be removed from the shelf and never sold again seeing that Best Buy doesn't back this product!!!! I trusted Best Buy that's why I shop their I should not have to call the person that manufactured the product because I trusted that Best Buy did their research before putting the item on the shelf but I guess not!!!!! I guess Best Buy is conveying to their customers when it comes to purchasing items from their store to purchase them at YOUR OWN RISK !!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CASE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!!!!

If you watch videos on your phone to amount to anything this case is a must.

Great product, I've always bought Platinum cases for all my iPhone upgrades.

I've had cases for every phone I've owned and this one is my fav by far!
