It is a lovely band, but one side is stuck and won't release so I can change bands. Of course, June 24 was the last day I could return. I cannot find any support on it at this point, but will keep trying. I really do love the band, it is perfect, but the option to change bands is rather frustrating, and I don't want to mess up the clasp. That is why I gave it a 2 instead of 1.

It was good while it lasted. A few days ago I noticed it no longer synced to my phone. I tried re syncing it and it wouldnt sync at all. So I unpaired the watch from my phone. Tried to repair. It detected the watch, but wouldnt connect anymore. The following day I noticed that my screen was all black. When I would tap it it stayed black. When i hit the side key. nothing. I then tried restarting my fitbit by holding the side key. The fit bit symbol appeared an stayed on for what seemed to be forever. I tried numerous times to restart via side key method. The fit bit logo wouldnt disappear. So then I tried restarting with connected to the charger. Screen stayed black. I left it alone. The following day from that March 7th, 2022) I put my watch on went to leave for work an the whole screen was dangling.

A waste of my time. And to make things worse after going to the store to return it, a mistake was made on the system and they couldn't issue a refund at the moment for the cost plus tax. I had to get a refund for only the price. Very bad experience. I don't know why I wasted my time with Best Buy. my wife told me to stick with Amazon but I didn't listen.
