The box also specifically indicates its for the Versa 3 and Sense models. This isnold and does *not* work with the 24mm Sense 2 band.

The aftermarket leather wristband I bought has proved quite comfortable and the operation has been consistent and gratifying. It does what I want and need it to do, holds a charge well, charges quickly and meets my needs. I'd recommend this item to anyone simply who simply needs fitness and heart rate and sleep tracking.
