Over all its a good case, however it could use a bit of reinforcing around the clip area. Every time it got caught in my seatbelt it would crack or break and I would have to get another one. Have to be careful getting out of the car so It won't get snagged.

Extra effort required for charging. Positioning is slightly off and it slips out of sinc.

Fine except for one major flaw: the sound is significantly muffled when getting voice directions. Very frustrating....

Don't cost a lot but, do have difficulty removing case to get to memory card

The case's "cut out" for the Off/On switch button, overlaps the button and makes it difficult to operate the switch with one hand. Also, the release catch on the holster, is easily disengaged, resulting in the phone falling out and potentially damaged or lost.

very weak phone case thats hard to take off, id give 0 stars if possible.

Over the years, I have purchased two PT cases/holsters. The first was for my Galaxy S3. After two years the S3 case and holster held up well and is still functional to date. So, I purchased the same case when I upgraded to the Galaxy S5. What I like most about these cases and holsters, they're not big and bulky, but provide good protection for everyday use. The kickstand is metal and secured with a magnet when not in use. It's very stable in the kickstand position and great for a bed side clock application.

We had issues getting this cover to fit the Sport version. I would highly not recommend it for this particular version. It scratched the phone.

Love pt cases. I get them on every galaxy I've had. Got this rose gold with my s5 and it was beautiful. I really like the kickstand too. I think that as much money as we spend on phones, they should look just as good in their cases. This is the one time my case upgraded the look of my phone. I'm very satisfied. Well worth the money

I am very happy with this case! It is stylish and very useable - meeting both form and function! Let me say that, if you are used to only a gel sleeve to wrap about your phone or a very slender case to slide into your pocket, this case is not for you. I recently upgraded my phone to the Samsung S5 and wanted a complete case (front and back) to protect my phone when in the brief case or to clip it onto my belt with the adjustable clip. I had one like this for my older phone and loved it...very functional and protected the phone on MANY drops...and no problems! This fits the phone perfectly with all openings clear and unobstructed and ready to use. The other great feature and must have for watching videos, looking at maps or playing games - the kickstand!!! It is awesome and very sturdy and durable. My only disappointment is that it only works in landscape...would like it to be adjustable for sitting up (in portrait), but no biggie. The only "problem" I would say is that the back case "snaps" together in place so that it forms a perfect fit around the phone. I was not sure about this at first and skeptical, but is not an issue and is nice because if you want to get into the phone...is an easier case to remove than forcing it out of one solid piece. In short, get this case if you want something that can clip onto your belt or in a bag, while protecting the front of your phone as well. Very pleased so far!

This is actually a nice looking case that affords good protection. But make sure you like it before you put it on -- because no reasonable amount of human exertion, without tools, can get it back off. This is a serious problem if you need to change SIMM cards or add a memory card or put in a new battery.

This is a nice simple basic case that has a kick stand. I enjoy having the kick stand because I like to watch a lot of shows on the go.

When my sales staff wanted a Uniform Cellular Solution I chose Samsung, AT&T, Zagg HD Shield and PT Platinum Protective Cases with Holster and Kickstand. It's a Great solution and I wouldn't think twice about purchasing this product, even in small volume. My only "con" is the Spring Clip seems to be the weakest link in the PT Platinum line. A reoccurring breaking point has surfaced. I am bringing this issue to Best Buy and see how they service my needs. Great Product, a Winner!!

Once you put the case on it is extremely difficult to remove. I have been trying for 15 minutes to remove with out messing it up with tools or a knife. I cam here hoping for a tip or something. Looks like I'm going to best but to return this piece of garbage! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
