Doesn't fit right on phone. Too tight and hard to reach buttons.

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked ... so much for a case

Clip did not hold phone very well. I was bumped walking down a crowed street and had the phone drop 3 times. Took it back for refund.

the tape in side started to peel off and got stock on the back of the phone

This is soooo cool. Love the way the kickstand works. Great protection for my phone.

I got this for my wife and she loves the case. It looks good and protects the phone especially as she travels and puts it into her purse or briefcase. She likes the dark purple - which compliments the white phone - and is a different color than others in the house. It is stylish. Her only "complaint" is that she is not use to the sliding front case that goes over the front to protect it. Since it comes off, she often misplaces it because did not have one before. Other than that, very happy with the quality and protection offered with the case.

I wrote a long review about this case for my phone. I really like this case. In fact, I bought this and a gel case for my son to choose for his new phone and he picked this the PT - Kickstand / Holster. Again, it is stylish and feels good around the phone, but more importantly it protects the phone completely front and back. This is very important for my 15 year-old who puts it into his backpack at school so I know it is protected!

This is my second case, upgraded phone, bought the same case. This is tough, protects my phone from drops of several feet. Hard to get on tight, but that's good because then it is hard to come off. When I buy a new phone (different), I would buy the same case again.

Great case so far, hasn't been dropped so I can't say much for the protection from falls. Gives the phone enough extra size to make it easier to hold. Only down fall hard to remove from phone which could actually be a good thing I guess....

While I admit that having this case on has it's perks like that it helps retain the slim build of the Samsung Galaxy S5, it seems to have a lot more cons than pros for me. Initially, I was very confused as to how I could put the case onto my phone. I figured this out quickly however, when the case is snapped onto the phone it is nearly impossible to take off. It takes more effort and patience than I am willing to give. Another problem that I had was the material on it felt well, a little cheap? It reminded me of a case I had on my Moto G that easily broke. This phone also picked up on fingerprints rather easily. All in all, it was an okay phone case, but isn't worth the price tag that it has attached to it.

Very attractive and functional case/clip combo. However, the case is extremely difficult to take off and the instructions are not very clear.

I have owned the platinum holster for almost a year now, and I've been nothing but happy with it! Very sturdy, feels good in the hand, not too slippery but easily removed from pant pocket. Worth the price!

I was a victim of the S5 camera issue due to an early batch of pre-release phones that shipped out with a bug in the ROM. No big deal, contacted AT&T and got a replacement. However, after backing up my phone via Kies3, I powered it down in order to swap the battery, SIM, SD, and battery cover to the "new" phone. Yeah, right. Easier said than done. The bottom piece of this cover would not release and I tried everything in order to pry the top and bottom apart. Unfortunately, I ended up mangling the cover and old phone in the process of using tools to "gently" pry it apart. Never again will I buy a case over $10. It was very durable, but I'm much happier with the $10 chinese one I got on Amazon. I had to order a new battery cover to replace the one I damaged and am staying clear of this case as a replacement.

This a poorly designed case because it gets stuck on the phone, and in order to take it off, you almost have to damage the phone. My gs5 now has scratches on the back because of how poorly designed it is. It needs, to be fixed, especially since it has happened to EVERY person I've seen buy it.

The case doesn't last, when i first slid it into my phone the felt on the inside was scrunched up so i couldn't fit it in. I just shoved it in and carried on. The sides on each corner have pealed off or are starting to peal off. I don't recommend unless they improve the case.

I got this case because I wanted the holster. A best buy employee put it on my phone, and I noticed it wasn't easy for her to get it on. It is almost impossible to get off because it fits so tightly. It's got a top and a bottom section, and thus far I have found the bottom section impossible to remove. I got the top section off with difficultly, and when I removed it I saw that it has left a huge skid mark on the back of my phone. My phone I just paid over $600 for less than a month ago. Now my phone is permanently marred, there is no way to fix the damage this case did to my phone. I am extremely unhappy.
