Two problems with this. One minor, the other major (for me). The outer flap keeps itself fastened via magnets. If the bag is very full, or has cumbersome objects in it, the flap will not close properly. The biggest problem is the material used to attach the metal strap loops to bag, is some type of simulated leather, and when it rubs against the strap loop, it makes an odd noise. So if you are carrying the bag, it makes a loud creaking noise. I gave it a couple of weeks, thinking it would break-in... No joy. It is audible in busy places like an airport, but in a library it would distract others. No thanks!

This is a nice looking messenger bag with several storage pockets. The bag doesn’t allow much room for necessary items like a power adapter and it can only be carried with the shoulder strap. I find it difficult to pick up when reach for it in the car or office.

This was a good bag, but not perfect for my needs.

The design looks attractive and of high quality, however the bag isn’t functional. 1) No carry options i.e. a handle, but only a shoulder strap. 2) The main pouch for a laptop can only accommodate a laptop. Even with two sections, anything more would render the magnetic pouch unable to close.

This bag was poorly designed. It's a bit on the flimsy side as the magnets do not hold it together at times. There is no handle to carry it with your hand and it must be slung over your shoulder. Not enough room inside to carry anything other than laptop. Power cord barely fits.

Great messenger bag for a great value! Best Buy's own product and it is right on the money for the money. Keep it up!

First time we lifted the bag from a lying position, the magnet let go and the laptop fell on the concrete. No zipper is a terrible idea.

Not as convient as I hoped for but will do for the time being

I LOVE THE FEEL OF THE MATERIAL AND LOVE CARRY THE BAG AND IT SMELLS GOOD. THE COLOR WAS SILKY NIGHT. NICE COLOR.
