The item making is cheap quality and the package was not good as well. The Best buy customer care and escalation team is horrible as well. Will never step into their store.

It does it's job when it's closed in protecting the case. It's not an exact form fit so when you open the case the actual Airpods charging case will pop out a bit. I was worried about it scuffing the airpods case when it pops in and out of the protective case and upon inspection is seems to have scuffed the item it's meant to protect.
