Nice looking case ... but almost a year old and is falling apart now... the leather is good but internals and phone clips poor and cracked

I really wanted one of these and bought a 1 Tb model as I am an engineer. It has a major problem and BEWARE. It won’t get recognized by a computer running Windows 10 USB-A 3.1 with a USB-A to Apple USB-C connection. You can’t back it up so anything over about 64 gig is USELESS. I had two senior Apple engineers on the phone and all they managed to do remotely was delete my backups for four iPhones and two mini iPads. They don’t even acknowledge the problem and it is all over the internet.

So cool, couldn’t wait to use it! Thought it’d be great to stash my ID, some cash, and a couple of cards. Not a lot. Problem is case doesn’t close completely. iPhone screen goes on and off because of this. Also, not protective for iPhone. Someone dropped my iPhone in this case. It landed opened face down on concrete because it doesn’t close all the way. Luckily only the glass protector broke and Best Buy replaced it. Fortunately I have another case I’ll use instead.

the material used was good quality but I fear that it doesn’t add a lot of protection for your phone.

Nice looking folio but lasted only 2 months. Would not recommend.

I was initially very excited to find this case for my new phone. It is gorgeous real leather and has a flap to cover the phone face. But the plastic used as the protection around the phone is sub par and started to break down less than a year in. I would give it no stars if I could.

The plastics casing that holds the phone broke off on three of the four corners within six months. Purchased a different wallet case from a competitor.

Too expensive. I returned it and bought another on Amazon that was both cheaper and better quality.

This product is for people who do not do any physical work only for office use daily this does not work

Did not like this case because the front would not close all the way to protect the front of my phone.

Does not fit an XR iPhone. Need to return. Very disappointing.

The flap part is a little big and annoying. Leathers gets scratched easy,

This case is durable and good looking.. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and it has a great protective corners and covering...Definitely lives up to its name of a platinum case!

Love this case from Platinum. The smell and feel is awesome. Real leather makes my iPhone XR feel even more premium.

This case is garbage. Don’t buy it. I’ve had mine 2 months and already the plastic part that holds the phone in has cracked and pieces are falling off of it. I’ll only be able to use it for another week the way it’s going. My baby found a piece of it and almost choked on it! The leather is also horrible quality. The seam is already coming apart. It looks like I’ve had this case for 2 years not 2 months. Now I have to buy another case because you can only take advantage of their warranty if you still have your box and receipt. Also, I stay at home and my phone is treated very gently so I have no idea why this case has good reviews as it is so poorly made. A much larger portion of the plastic has broken off since I took the attached picture.

The leather on this case is of good quality. And that’s where it stops. The plastic that holds the phone in has become brittle and is now falling off as I use it. A very pricey case that will be not be used. I don’t even use this everyday.
