I wish it had a clamp or clasp to stay closed. Asking the bracket that holds the phone doesn't cover it very well

Dropped case and edges broke that hold phone. Case is not durable but phone was protected but case is done.

This case looked great but it was too bulky and hard to put on and take off. Ended up returning.

Top right corner formed a crack. Didn’t seem bad at first, so who cares right? It’s a folio case that closes, how could it get damaged. Well, it fell on the ground and just happened to land exactly on that corner and somehow open, and now my 1300$ iPhone has a giant crack across the screen, which costs about 300$ to fix. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased the case because I liked the material but when I put my debit card in I instantly hated it.

It was nice but it wasn’t the exact fit for the phone that I want it

The case is cracked and pieces keep breaking off and it’s less than 6 months old.

We bought this item and when we tried taking it back out of case the camera detached from the phone. Phone is less than 3 montha old. Took to apple they couldn't replace it so had to pay $100 to get a new phone.NOT HAPPY. We returned case

Zero protection for my phone. Had phone for years. Dropped several times with other covers. First minor drop and the screen is damaged

I would not recommend this product because when you drop your phone this case comes open and it can shatter! It needs a closure strap....

I guess it was a freak break. I would have thought the leather case would have protected my iPhone better.

I didn't really care for this as it was to bulky for me.

It is a good quality leather. I still use this product until this day and I've had it for almost 4 years.

Since I cannot revise my previous review I am writing a whole new review. Stay away from this case. In my previous review I talked about how great this case is. The leather is awesome and seems like it will last a long time. However, the plastic case that the phone snaps into is crap. I am on my second case is 6 months. The case has a 2 year warranty but there is no contact information for the manufacturer and the only thing that you can do is take it back to Best Buy. They will replace it but why continue to take it back when you just have to return it a couple of month later for the same issue. The plastic cracks on the corners and eventually breaks leaving edges sharp enough to cut you. I truly wish that they plastic was better because otherwise I really like the leather. Both of my cases have broken in exactly the same place. Once it starts breaking it seems to spread to the rest of the plastic. Instead of returning it this time I am just going to replace it with something better.

I found this case on sale for $8.99 on bestbuy.com so I took a chance. I’d be really upset if I’d paid more for it. I don’t drop my phone often but it only takes once to break the brittle plastic on this one. Also, I did a little research and these cases are private labeled for Best Buy which means they should ALWAYS sell for around $9-$10, not $20 or more!
