Decent protection for sides/back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not get this case if you are majorly concerned about dropping the phone, or water damage. But I use with a screen protector and provides an adequate amount of protection and looks fairly nice.

Not as durable as it claims to be

I also did not want to buy a cheap case, so I put money out, a little over $30 for this, hoping it would be durable and strong as it claims to be. With in a day, my phone knocked of a nightstand onto carpet (probably 3 ft at max) and got a dent in it. Now, I know it is wood and not steel so its not indestructible, but I was really let down, especially as the box claims it is super strong. For it being so strong, it is pretty said to be dented by a 3 foot fall onto carpet.

Really nice case, but minimal protection
