I plugged it into the USB port on the back of my Netgear router, and it's on my whole network. I can put anything on it from any of my machines, and all the other machines can access it as if I put it on all of them. No walking from one office to another with a hand held flash, or a burnt CD, or some other hard copy. Higher capacity can shift whole books, entire encyclopedias, movies, whatever, all together onto the network, then from the drive to the destination machine. Super convenient.

It holds all my power points, training documents, pictures, contacts, worksheets, billing, statements and more - and still there's plenty of room for e-books and music! Anything on the computer can be saved to the flash-drive and once it's saved, you can use it on any computer anywhere! Best device for anyone and everyone

It held folders of photos and movies which were consuming my cloud space. I am greatly pleased, will get another one since I got it on sale.
