Alot of space but extremely slow
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this item to provide another backup for my iPhoto library and it completed the backup just fine but it took about 10 hours to transfer 70GB of data. I wouldn't recommend for any business function but for an additional backup option it does what it is supposed to....eventually.

Do not use as a back up drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you use a 128 or 64 GB flash drive with a Back Up program, it will change it into a 32 GB. This happened to the last one I bought. The Best Buy rep said it was probably defective. I called the support line for the manufacturer and He walked me through a process to make it good for 128GB again. So now I have two of these 128 GB flash drives.

Great flash drive

I am never needing to look for the cap. With the slide on collar you don't have to worry that if you loose the cap your data has been damaged.

surprising decent for a PNY product

USB 2.0
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn't mention it anywhere in the specs, but take note that this is NOT a USB 3.0 drive. This drive uses the slower USB 2.0, and is slow even as 2.0 drives go. For a drive this size the speed difference will be significant. If your expected use for a USB drive is to quickly copy files, grab the drive and go, this is not the drive for you. A 20gb transfer to this drive took about 2 1/2 hours. If you are going to actually fill the drive, plan on starting your copy before you go to bed--you might get lucky and have it completed when you get up, but to be on the safe side you should probably plan on waiting until you get home from work the next day.

Fits my needs
