Great Storage for a Great Price

But the flash drive was perfect for backing up my computer in preparation for a reformat, and backing up game saves on the Wii U. Incidentally, backing up the game saves was what I'd originally bough it for--backing up the computer, due to timing, just happened to be an added bonus.

Not for Wii U storage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So this product was fine and worked at first as extra game storage for my kids' Wii U, but then it started throwing error codes and saying the content downloaded was corrupt. After speaking to a Nintendo tech we found out that flash drives are not recommended, and rather to buy an external storage device w/it's own power source. Apparently it works at first then bogs down the Wii U because it sucks power from it. So, nothing wrong w/this product just not what we needed. Also, I was assured that it WOULD work by Best Buy when I picked it up in store.

Awesome Flash Drive!

Its capacity is huge and that simplifies life for those using it. You can have it all on this one flash drive -- that's worth it's weight in gold! We used to dream of such a powerful flash drive being invented -- that day is now here!!
