When ever I take my computer to Geek Squad the back up the unit. I keep it in the case for my desktop so I know where it is and that only backup is on drive

Plain jane. USB 2.0 only.

Do note that it is USB 2.0, which might be considered slow these days, but as I only have USB 2.0 ports it was not a deal breaker. So long as it remains reliable, I'm happy.

PNY-128GB Flash Drive

Good backup device

Subsequently I've used it as a hard backup for new files as well.

I bought this for its price

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t had any issues with this USB drive and again I bought it solely on its price when I bought it I think it was between 30 and $40 so if you can pick one up at that price I’d advise it otherwise I’d wait because you’ll find it at that price somewhere else
