When attached to USB port in many cars, stays out the way of access to other things in the glove compartment or your middle console storage area (where the port is located). It may be easy to forget it in a rental car, but that’s another issue.

Excellent add-on storage for an old laptop

I simply leave it in one of the three USB ports the laptop has and since it is low-profile there are no problems when I put the laptop in a case or other confined area. Transfer rate is good and it was just what I needed.

Exactly what I need

I got this and it has very minimal design i can leave it in my usb port without any hassle not much is sticking out of my center console. I just formatted it with FAT32 and it plays all my favorite music in my car and its cheap.
