Fell apart after less than 10 insertions

Intended use was moving files between computers. After less than 10 insertions and removals, the plastic "handle" came loose from the drive case, and pliers were needed to extract the casing from my laptop's USB port. This is highly unacceptable performance and extremely poor design. Sadly, the return period expired a bit over a month ago. I will not purchase PNY again.

The product worked perfectly and Best Buy had a really great price on the product. A win-win situation. Highly recommended.
