    It might work but it was the wrong type of memory for the machine we purchased. The sales person didn't understand the difference between the two types. Machine recognized it was there but wouldn't use it.

    This set of chips didn't work in my toshiba laptop. Best Buy let me exchange this set for another set that had identical specs but a different packaging. The other memory worked just fine. YES, I did try resetting the memory 5 or more times. Not my first rodeo.

  • Voltage is older 1.5v not 1.3v

    I read one review which said that these do not work on the newer 1.3v boards. I did some research and saw some comments about dual voltage. Well I bought the wrong stuff. Don't you make the same mistake. Pay the extra $30 or so and get the other set.
