These are hard to maneuver to pull the cover back. Therefore, only a three star rating.

This was a great deal on thumbdrives. I needed extra ones to run files on a display TV. They work flawlessly.

Needed 5 and the price was right. Only problem is the sliding cover portion is hard to retract all the way for full insertion into the socket.

How odd - when inserted into a fully up-to-date Windows 10 laptop, shows as 28 GB. Tried in several other computers, including a Win7 system. Why was this a problem? The disk couldnt store any files! I also tried using diskpart to perform a low level format and partitioning, no use. Returned back to BestBuy - it was a manufacturing defect.

Need to install/reinstall Windows? Use a USB drive to do it! Simple to create (look online), and it installs a lot faster. I just wish they were USB 3.0 instead...(Sigh)

I was disappointed in this group of Flash Drives because one of them was no good. I caused me to have to buy another group of them. I sincerely hope the second group are all good.

The price is what attracted me to this purchase, but write speed on these is really slow. If I could redo my purchase, I probably would have spent a little more to get usb 3.0.

Inexpensive USB2 thumb drive. When they work, they work -- until they don't. One of the first three drives I pulled out of the package was DOA. Unfortunately, this isn't unusual (not just with PNY).

They were very good. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating was that it took a minute to figure out how to open them. But once I did they're quite good!

Great value and user friendly gadget to store thousands of your favorite songs to play in your car.

These have an extremely slow transfer rate. I would not recommend if you are moving larger files around, but for everyday files and just simple stuff they work fine.

The price is right, but there are very hard to open and close. Had I known that, I would have purchased something else (even if it was more expensive).

I use flash drive a lot. 16gb is more than I usually require but the price was right. I usually use 8gb or smaller because I do not always get the drives back

Exposing the connector so that I can plug it into my computer is quite difficult. The plastic cover that slides back to open is very stiff and or tight.

Does it's job ... saw on sale (really great priced on sale) and good to have extras on hand

The slider (to cover the usb portion of the drive) is SO HARD to slide. I've used 3 out of the 5 and they're all the same. It's so stiff - and if you arent' able to slide it up all the way, the usb portion won't go all the way into your computer. I had someone give me the thumb drive back thinking it was broken - it was just that we could barely slide the cover "all the way" over the endcap, so it wasn't going into the computer tightly. This needs to be re-worked.

Works for what I needed. I like the speed when looking at the scanned or copied documents.

Great price for these thumb drives. I like the multipack as I always am giving one away.

These flashdrives are convenient, serviceable and inexpensive. I needed them to pass on a copy of a power point to a friend and they worked fine.

This was a good price for 5 USB drives and the slide cover does not break on these.
