ordering process was excellent however when i got to the curbside pickup point the instructions to notify the associates inside the store did not provide a phone number. not everyone that shops online has a smart phone. i am 84 years old with copd so my wife had to enter the store to get assistance. so much for avoiding exposure to covid..

In general they're ok but one of the drives is defective. Detected and quick formats ok but fails the full format as well as writes. Not worth the drive back to town to replace. Read/write speed not an issue - using USB 1.0 so slow anyway. Don't know that I'd rely on these for important data but for my needs they did the job.

Not what is in the package. Bought the 5 pack last weekend. I need a 16GB drive to update the Maps in my truck. The instructions are specific that the drive can not be larger or smaller, must be 16GB or the truck can't read the drive. All 5 of the drives in this pack say 16GB, the package says 16GB, but when you plug them into your computer, they all read 28.8GB (which means they are all 32GB drives). This is great if you have no restrictions on what you purchased them for, but if you need the specifics that are on the packaging, don't buy these.

They arrived within days of my order. I am happy with the flashdrives

some were recognized by my laptop and some were not.

I tried to do a quick, FAT32 format of all five of the 32GB drives that I had and one was defective and wouldn’t format at all. The four that remained were really slow to copy files to and then they kept disconnecting and giving me a “specifed drive does not exist” error and then reconnecting; RELIABLY UNRELIABLE! I would not buy PNY flash drives again because of these issues!

Poor product!! all 5 drives were duds! tried them in 2 PC's and not one of them read to even see what the problem could be (formatting etc.) Returning them today and they better not give me a hassle about returning them.

Iffy at best. I bought the 5 pack to take to a client meeting and get him 5 copies of a video I shot and edited. Only 2 worked out of the box on my Macbook Pro. 3, I took home and was able to get to work on a Windows computer, these I reformatted to exfat. One had to hit the trash as it was DOA on both platforms.
