The 2.0 drives work flawlessly and have sufficient capacity to support USB music files for car systems, personal files, videos, etc. The read/write time comparing the 2.0 and 3.0 drives is insignificant for the majority of applications.

Saved animal videos for the grandchildren.

These videos were too large to email so tis was a perfect solution.
