    The product had a great sale price. When I purchased this product it was available at my closest Best Buy - then all of a sudden it wasn't. Then I was told it would be available across town - then it wasn't. Now, I had to travel 30+ miles to pick up the product. With that, I called customer service. After several weeks I was finally able to pick up the product at the second closest Best Buy. Product is fine - online purchase was a nightmare.
