Don't waste your time

I was able to save the files I needed but couldn't get it to work after the original use. I tried using it on 3 different laptops and was only able to get one usb port to work. Although Best Buy says it's no longer returnable, I would think after only under 30 days I should get a refund.

Does not work

This will not mount in either unit. And in the air it locks up the unit. Of course I threw away the packaging. I hope BB will trade it out with the receipt.

So slow

I made a transfer 20 files with 300 mb each . I spent more than 1 hour. I made the same thing with another computer and the time was the same
