Powerful laptop even if you are not a "gamer"

However, was disappointed with Best Buy service. When the computer arrived I asked for Microsoft Office and Webroot to be installed. Sent to stand in line for Geek Squad. Finally got seated at counter. Tech disappeared. After 15 minutes of waiting, I got up and left.
