PNY 8GB DDR3

Please note that this would not boot up if your laptop needs a DDR3L, I will be using the 8GB to upgrade my other laptops. PNY as a brand is really good, a definite buy.

Maximized Laptop Memory

wrong memory for asus laptop

If you are adding ram to your laptop, check the voltage of the ram first. Best to go to web site and check for exact ram needed.

The diagnoses they gave me was completely inaccurate. I took my computer to another computer place and they diagnoses and fixed my problem. When I initial brought the memory card I purchased back with my computer prior to going someplace else, I was told by the geek squad rep that it probably was defective but they wouldn't take it back, because I didn't have the receipt. The person who eventual fix my computer confirmed the purchase from Best Buy was defective. The reviews regarding the geek squad are correct, don't take your computer to them.
