Wrong part purchased via advice from Geek Squad

THen said it was not working bad ram, I drove 45 minutes away to another best buy to purchase another, waited another hour. Comes back and says it is not the right type of RAM for machine. He should have done his research and not waiste my time and gas. A simple google by him would have saved all thst waisted time. very poor

The Jury Is Still Out

It had a hard failure within 1 week. The system was returned to Geek Squad for repairs and a replacement was installed which took 3 days. The replacement has currently been in less than a month so the jury is still out. It is obvious to me that they did not burn this memory in prior to shipment.

Poor knowledge

Now my rep has the part, I have the receipt and I am pretty certain won't remember to carve the time to bring it next time I ride with him in his territory. I am sure the stick is fine, the service isn't. My fault for listening to their expertise?
