I bought this for 2 Lenovo X240 laptops. It was supposed to be compatible but it would not work. Had to return it and buy "Lenovo" memory

Had to take it out.. either the Best Buy guy sold me the wrong board or it doesn't work, either way it was a waste of my time.

Upgraded the memory in my computer. The stick never took. After 3 tries of 3 different sticks, I returned the stick

I bought about 20 of these packs of ram and half had a bad stick in them. PNY replaces but process took a while.

Bought 32 GB's of this Ram for my iMac 27 and the computer would only accept 28 after numerous failures. My machine constantly has hangups and problems that did not occur before these were installed. I plan on returning them and getting my RAM from Crucial. This was the only thing Best Buy had in stock and against my better judgment I bought it out of convenience. Lesson learned.

This is my second time purchasing something that is PNY brand. They must not have very good quality control, because I returned both.

Customer service rep. chose product for me based on my description of needs. Sold me the wrong memory for my lab top. Very dissapointed.

Item was defective and I returned it to the store and received a complete and cheerful refund.

Really good ram in my opinion only downside is the cost factor. Although i only got one i would recommended getting two of them for faster computing.

I bought this to expand the ram in my 2013 MacBook Pro. Works great, laptop is much faster now. Very happy!

I thought the price point was good. Until I bought it. Using an iMac, I found the start up took longer. Then everything was crashing. The "About This Mac" say memory is good. I got deeper and used a Memory checker app. Turned out the memory failed 60% of the testing. Best Buy gladly replaced the memory. Again, this time... 80% fail! BB once again replaced it with an apology for my inconvenience. Great customer service! This time, the memory passed 100%. One thing I noted, the memory that failed all had a white dot on the memory chips. The last one did not. If you need cheap RAM, this is it. But beware of what you're buying.

Was a great deal considering the price of ram these days upgraded my 8gb ram laptop to 16gb ram. Maxed out and ready to go.

Took 1 minutes to install in Mac Mini. Big difference upgrading from 4gb to 16gb.

Called PNY support twice 1.800.234.4597 got the machines tell me leave number and name and describe the problems. No body call me back so far....what going on with PNY support ?

I was skeptical about generic memory in my MacBook when I wanted to upgrade. I asked someone on the floor if he had any experience or knowledge with upgrades on the Mac with the memory. I got an eye roll and a "well, it has the Apple logo" on it...I wasn't impressed. Frankly, I wished it would have worked. I got erratic reboots after I had installed the memory. Even tried to reseat the memory.
