This is an excellent value for use with a "write-once, read-many" application. This acts as a repository for music I use with my dance groups, since I write the music once, which at USB 2.0 speeds is slower than the write speed available with USB 3.x, but the playback rate is fine. The quality is high, and the drive is reliable. I have several of these.

If you are looking for well built USB drive that is affordable this may be for you. Handles photos, music etc smoothly. Highly recommended!

I purchased a new car that had a USB port in it and thought that I would buy a USB drive, put tons of music on it and leave it in the car. That way there would be no hooking up the iPod or sharing bluetooth with my phone. So, I loaded 10k songs on it, plugged it in and that is where it stays. I've only bought PNY thumb drives in the past as I have had nothing but good experience with them. I highly recommend any thumb drive from PNY (including this one). Oh, and the sale price at Best Buy was killer!

Great price for a large capacity flash drive that would allow backing up the normal users entire files. Transfer speed is sufficient and not a problem even though a 2.0.

I am very satisfied with my black PNY - Attach128GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I bought it to act as a back up storage for computer and any assorted items I scan. The files I have moved over were done with ease and I am still in awe of how much space I have left. I was pleased with the price- I bought it on sale and it was well worth the $30 I spent. The only fall back is I can see the retractable case that protects the USB port getting stuck or breaking off in the future but since that is not essential to function who cares. If that is important to you then just be aware it can be hard to slide at times.
