I was told to call HP because they were responsible for what was included in the box. I called HP, nothing has been resolved. I need a USB for a wireless computer.

FAILED WITHIN 2 WEEKS

It wasted my money I did not need the thumb drive

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told this thumb drive with downloading my photos and all my other stuff and that they would then be able to up date my phone .iPhone and the guy said he couldn’t he handed me back my phone In the thumb drive. It’s really supposed to be to Geek Squad should’ve helped me more than that I had to come home and do the rest with Apple on the phone so I was not happy didn’t even need to put it on a thumb drive then.

I should have done some research before I bought this. The specs weren't good enough to work with my TV. Maybe it works good for other uses though.
