Deletes files
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this USB hard drive with high expectations of being able to put 32 gigabytes on there after using it for 2 weeks it decided to delete 21 gigabytes of personal important information that was on it. When I contacted customer service about it they told us that there is nothing if their product could do to delete my files there's nothing they would do for me and hung up on me when I called back 5 times in a row the customer service agent hung up on me before I could even speak and now everytime I call it just hangs up on me before I can even speak. Terrible product do not trust your photos files or videos on this cheap product!!!!
