I take a lot of pictures that people want copies of and it's often easiest to give copies to folks on USB sticks rather than over the interweb (those files get kind of big). I wasn't looking for anything super large or super fast, just reasonably big, reasonably fast and reasonably cheap (in case they never got returned). This pack ticked off the full checklist.

PNY - Attaché 4 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive - Black is very reliable, a perfect size and great price for categorizing information. With this size of drive finding what you want is so much easier than searcing through a drive containing everything.

I didn't know that the price of USB 2.0 has dropped this low. I paid $3.95 for this device. Bought to create a bootable USB for my MacBook. It worked wonderfully and it just is the right size (16 GB). Mac OS High Sierra requires 12 GB.

Well I really don't have much of a review for you on this. Although it does what it states PNY is a name brand well-known. I always bought all my thumb drives from RadioShack until Best Buy started price matching. But when I walked in Best Buy was the cheapest around for this particular thumb drive and actually other thumb drives I looked at as well. You can't beat the price there at Best Buy.
