Ok flash drive for the price I paid. Does it's job.

I would buy something else if it had the same price.

Functionality - the sliding plastic collar does nothing but get in the way when you plug it in. I'm not sure why it is even there. Ease of use - Once it is plugged in, don't touch it or it will disconnect from your machine. It will still be plugged into your machine all the way, but at the slightest touch, it will disconnect. So don't touch. Don't breathe on it. Don't even look at it harshly. Stability - Data goes in. Data goes out. This aspect works just fine

I did not expect it out of order in a quite sudden way. Lost all data. Formatted, not working. Asking for formatting again and again......

Attempted several times to use this PNY 32GB model to create a system recovery flash drive for a new laptop, but was never able to get data to load correctly. Every attempt resulted in a "storage drive error message". Changed to a different model PNY 32GB flash drive and it worked the first time. Will return this unit at my first opportunity.

This item could have been just a lemon but I wouldn't buy another

I went to plug it into my Mac and it wouldn't recognize the thumb drive so I tried using a PC and the same thing. I took a closer look at the connector and realized it was missing the contacts. I had to return and purchased a different brand.

The drive was broken after 2 weeks!!! I never used a flash drive like this before. It wasted lot of my time and energy. Bestbuy should not sell a product like this. I will never purchase anything from Bestbuy again.

I don't really know what more you could need from a flash drive. The space is there, it's fast, it works, and Best Buy had some STELLAR holiday sales on this thing. Keep an eye out for it to be on sale, again!

When trying to copy large files to the drive it often crashes. I also purchased a 16gb by the same company and it works perfect this one was a waste.

sure it was just bad luck but mine crashed about week after opening it doing a simple file transfer.

At a great sale price it holds a lot, but downloads very slowly in comparison to most of my other flash drives.

do not buy this product it is not reliable. the product went bad after less than a month

I go through many flash drives, and this one is definitely my favorite. GREAT value, sturdy construction, durable, and fast for USB 2.0

I was in need of a flash drive to transfer a few videos that I had recorded off my iPad and had synched to my Macbook Air. I wanted to copy these recordings so I can share the videos with family. My larger file was 14GB (1hr 32min) and the other file was 10GB (1hr) with a few 300-600MB files. Figuring that a 32GB flash drive would have been plenty, I initiated the transfer. While the short videos copied quickly, the larger files would not. After looking at support info, I realized that I had to reformat the flash drive. After Googling it, I found out how to reformat the drive using my Mac which is pretty easy. Here's the link: Utilities.http://www.ehow.com/how_4927355_format-usb-flash-drive-mac.html I chose to format the drive to Mac X Extended (Journaled) and once that was done, my file transfers started working. It took about an hour to transfer 24.9GB. Although it was a bit of a trial and error initially, once I got the formatting sorted out, transferring was easy.

I've had this unit for quite a while now. I've never had any problems with it and I use it a lot. The sliding collar is still firm and tight and I've never had any data loss from the unit. The pretty pattern on the blue part has worn away from many months of riding in my pocket but I am very pleased with this purchase.

This flash drive was available at a very good price and met my needs. I bought two and am quite happy with them. I had to change the file system on one of the drives to allow storage of a very large video file, but that was easily done and worked well.

I bought a couple of these on sale, and have been happy with them so far. Copying an 11gb file to them takes about 20-25 minutes. (A comparable sandisk drive took an hour to copy the same file to). The only complaint I have is the cap. At first, I was unable to 'remove' the cap, then I realized my error, and was able to push the cap 'open' so the drive portion is exposed. I only wish once you exposed the cap, the little slide mechanism would stay in place better. As it is, when the drive is 'open', the slide portion will move around a bit. Not a huge deal, but it got in the way a couple of times when putting the drive into my computer. I probably would have bought the 'compact' version if it had been on sale, as this drive is a little 'big' in comparison.

I got this flash drive at a great price on sale. I use it as a back up drive for all my pictures/videos and still have room to add more. I like that it's a slide cap and not completely removable.
