I'm a fan of the PNY brand because they have been reliable. This 32 gb attache comes pre formatted in Fat32 file system which was perfect for my use, saved me time from having to format. It says up to 18 Mbps transfer speed, I maxed out at 7 Mbps, this will depend upon your system and also if you are transferring over wifi ( 3.23 mbps in my case) So don't expect the full or even half of 18 Mbps. Also keep in mind the file size limitation on Fat32 is 4gb, so if you have large files you'll have to reformat the drive first.
