The PNY flash drive is a decent cheap flash drive. The plastic is cheap and the usb connecter is made of plastic instead of metal but still does work in standard usb ports. Transfer speeds are average for usb 2.0. The real advantage is the price right now but soon there will be 16gig models for the same price.

I got this drive to create an ISO file to install Linux on an old desktop. The product works great. Of course, the 8 gb capacity is somewhat limited. If you don't need much storage capacity, this product suffices.

I bought these flash memories for the low price. I can't comment in the quality because I just bought them.

Store ran out of product. I had store salesperson order it for me. I wanted 10 of them, Yes ten. He had to enter order for one at a time for 10 times. Seemed inefficient! Salesperson was courteous and patient.

It's easy to trust the PNY name since they've been in the memory market for quite a while. It's not the fastest flash drive I've ever used, but it's definitely been reliable and 8GB the perfect size for backing up Windows 8 installation media (what this one is currently being used for).

Funny how see 8GB being small drive but still plenty of room for carrying files with you.

I bought this as my Sirius was set to expire and my car has a USB slot. I set up 8 hours worth of music in it and now that's my nonstop music as I drive instead of nonstop commercials on the radio!
