I needed a flashdrive right away. This was the best deal for the price. A little flimsy after a few uses though, but I can still access my data so it's ok.

my husband is using it for his preach recording. works great . it was in sale.

This is an excellent flash drive in every way. Has worked perfectly from the beginning. Only one thing...it does not have a flashing light as all the other flash drives that I have do. I work around it by watching the computer screen and it has not been a problem because of no light. I called Best Buy and they told me that some do not come with lights anymore.

great design in color. The use connector is protected by the enclosure. The complain is on open enclosure.

The overall rating is only the average of Performance and Value for Price (Capacity and Ease of Use are givens and negligible in flash drives today; For those concerned: I may also say that it is a lovely shade of black and white). PEFORMANCE: Reads off just fine, however getting the files to the drive in the first place is the real problem. My computer isn't the problem (Gateway P-7809u; Intel Core 2 Duo; 4GB RAM) this drive has a VERY slow transfer rate. As some sites have suggested (TestFreaks) the max transfer rate is ~10MB/sec. However, I'm currently sitting on transferring 4GB (total 7 files) to it with a whopping 100KB/sec (9 - 14hrs) VALUE for PRICE: Seeing as I got it on a Deal of the Day offer and with a $15 gift cert I had grabbed 2 for ~$10 total. It was a steal. Though mutual thievery in hindsight. OVERALL: AVOID AT ALL COST! Unless all you're doing is transferring Excel sheets, book reports, and/or compressed pictures. You would be saving yourself hours of headaches and frustration for $2 more by just grabbing a SanDisk Cruzer 16GB; from here (wish I had researched the transfer rate before buying two and wasting a gift cert). Negligible factors - Ease of Use: 50/50 chance... wrong every time. Seriously, plug in read/write. | Capacity: Don't like the capacity? Then why choose the one that says 16GB? Instead of 32GB? /facepalm

When I received the offer of this 16 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive with a very accessible price, I thought that could be a bad investment, because always it had found at least $5 dollars more expensive. But it has resulted in a very good investment, works excellently and very fast. I recommend it as a good product.

I attached a lanyard to it to keep from misplacing it. It is very compact.
