I have not had a chance to test performance on a SATA III port yet, and cannot verify long-term reliability. (The box claims MTBF of 1 million hours.) The unit comes with a 2.5mm spacer, which is a distinction when, based on my past purchases, SSDs from Samsung and others come with no accessories at all. Still, including a 3.5" mounting bracket would be an advantage.
