It works fine right out of the box. Cheap price I obtained for about $60

I can't say much about the product other than it is working so far. I hope it lasts. The store pickup process on the other hand, was clunky, cumbersome, inefficient, slow, etc... I purchased online for store pick up because there were only a few items in stock and I wanted to make sure I got one. The online ordering was okay - not overly efficient, but not intrusive or overly cumbersome. The store pick up process was ridiculous. I had to wait probably 15-20 minutes for a clerk to go through the motions of doing stuff on one terminal, then switching to another, then switching back, then printing stuff, then going back to a terminal, then having me sign papers, then checking my id, then getting the product, then going back to the terminal, then printing more stuff, then finally getting me the item I ordered. Had I known that, I would have just taken my chances and purchased the item through the normal in store process. It felt like an eternity waiting for the clerk to process the online purchase for in store pickup. Never again.

Got this mainly to put my games on. It does the job, speedy, and stable.

I bought this SSD because of a very good deal. With help with a hard drive enclosure, I upgraded my latitude E6410 very smoothly. Since I let my laptop on almost all the time, the speed of on/off time does not really impress me, but the fan usage seems reduced. Power saving? Very marginal, but I think it is MS to blame. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I use this in an tool-less external enclosure for a fast USB 3.0 drive to hold large media files when working on the road. SSDs are much more resistant to shock and movement so are better suited for travel and makes for faster data transfer if needed.

Desperately needed a replacement drive and this was one of the cheapest SSD drives available at Best Buy. After purchase, I checked some on-line pricing and Best Buy actually had the best price for this item. This actually could be the best drive at this price point.
