My hard drive went out. So I went to BB to pick up another, saw the deal on this one. It was one of the greatest purchases for myself I have done. Everything loads super fast!!!

This SSD installs so easy, clone your old HDD open the computer and you are ready. So Simple, and the bonus...it makes your old computer actually run almost like new. Double your RAM and it will run faster than ever before.

I used this on an older computer to speed up the boot time and it worked better than expected. It cleared up the continual running of the hard drive because the photos, music, etc are now on the old drive by themselves.

My daughter's 2 year old laptop's hard drive was failing. After recovering the data from the corrupt drive, I decided to purchase the SSD. I'm glad I did. Boot-up was incredibly fast, and it gave new life to the computer.

got this for 100 bucks in store, popped it in with no problems, installed windows on it and now my system goes from off to completely booted up in about 5 seconds

Hard drive went bad on customer's laptop. Suggested they upgrade to an SSD because they didn't really store much data. Did the job. Installed without a hitch. Bootup time dropped by 30 seconds. Customer was happy.

This is the the fastest drive out there, nor did I expect it to be. I'm using it just to do quick backups and it performs better than other means such as USB drives. Very happy with the price to performance rating.

I bought this while it was on sale and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I replaced the hard drive in my two year old touch screen laptop. Everything is more responsive and startup only takes a couple seconds.

Used this as a replacement for my laptop. The speed is amazing and I have had no issues with it yet. I'm using the developers copy of Windows 10 and had no issues during install or since. Would highly recommend!

I installed this drive into a my PC and am using it as a boot drive for Windows 8.1. Start-up time was literally cut in half (maybe more). This is a cheap way to get a big performance jump for a reasonable cost.

This solid state drive brought my dead computer back to life. After installing my OS on my new SSD, my computer boots up faster than my monitor, and I've timed it to vary between 12-18 seconds boot up speed.

I've had my MacBook for 5 or 6 years and the hard drive finally went out on me. That seems like it didn't last long in my opinion. but the guy in best buy recommended this one and its been pretty good. Works fast, and my MacBook is back to normal and probably better. cant complaint

Excellent - I used it to replace hdd on an old Acer quad core desktop. I also upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 8. The PC boots faster, shuts down faster, and runs Youtube videos faster and smoother.

This is a great solid state drive that will be used to host my operating system. The other files will be on a different hard drive as this will be solely for the OS. I plan on putting Windows 10 on it.

Bought this SSD to replace a 500GB HDD in my Dell Inspiron laptop. Boy does that boot up fast now! Less than 10 seconds and is able to handle more programs being open at the same time than before.

i replaced by 6 year old laptop running Win7 mechanical HDD to this SSD. Cloned the old HDD to the new SSD. With Win7, it ran just fine. Later, upgraded to Win10 and it works fine now as well.

Used this product to update my wife's 2010 sony vaio laptop, it made the computer boot faster than usual and applications launch almost instantaneously. I now have a happy wife and spent less.

Picked up this SSD, to make room on my much overdue HDD. Computer takes less than 15sec from power on to desktop. So far no complaints. Glad I picked this up and upgraded to Windows 10.

very good for the price. i installed this on my wife mini laptops with only 2GB of RAM and an atom processor. so far it boots in 19secs and loads up anything in less than 3secs. very responsive but read/writes are not as fast as my old seagate SSD, SATAIII too.

Great drives for the money but please best start stocking up with the Samsung ssd drives the software they provide makes the drive worth every penny. Please have Samsung drives in store!
