I have a 20 year old laptop that took over 5 minutes to boot. This SSD sure fixed that problem.

I love how inexpensive SSDs have become. When an old computer is lagging, swapping the old Mechanical drive with one of this can make a huge difference. Highly recommended.

I am using this ssd drive on an old Acer laptop. Since Windows 7 is obsolete I installed Linux Lubuntu 18.04 on this ssd. Works well and laptop feels faster.

This SSD was used to upgrade an older HP computer I bought from Best Buy a few years back. It significantly increased the speed of my computer. It is almost like new now!

It’s been a good budget drive. Have been using as the boot drive for my PC for a couple months and have no complaints. Time will tell how it ages.

I got this as an upgrade to my boot drive. Now running this as my boot drive and my 1Tb HDD stores my games photos, ect. Boots up almost instantly.

This is a very good and quick drive to install for basic use computers. I have used this for multiple installs for different people and no issues reported.

This unit replaced an SSD from SanDisk that failed after more than 3 years (so, out of warranty). So far, so good, no problems with installation or loading Windows. I’m hoping this unit will last at least that long. Giving only 4 stars due to no drive dashboard software included or available.

This has been a solid SSD I've had it running nonstop in a computer running PfSense and it's still going strong. It's been over a year and a half and so far so good :)

This has helped my Lenovo laptop boot in 10 seconds. Earlier I had hard drive which used to take 2 minutes to boot up. I really love this device.

My grandpa was complaining his computer was slow and didnt want to buy a new one. Got him an SSD and installed a fresh copy of windows and bam a core 2 duo quad was running like new again.

I needed an extra ssd to fit my games and this has served me well. Plenty quick and allows me to effortlessly run my games with minimal load time.

This is a good starter SSD, exceptional for things like booting Windows 10 from. However It isn't the latest PNY drive architecture (Nand 3D) so it is slower. (255MB/s read and 393 MB/s write Vs over 500MB/s read and almost 700 MB/s write on the new drives) That said, I plan on buying another one of these as a spare drive, unless the PNY CS1311 drive goes on sale (that's the new one btw) I am using the drive for speed booting large gaming files and have seen my load times drop from 32 seconds to under 2 seconds on games over 20gb. Remember that SSD's work best when they are under 90% full, so this 120gb drive gives you 108 usable Gigs before performance degradation.

I upgraded three older computers with these drives and they have made them usable again. Along with more RAM, an SSD will speed up any computer with SATA ports.

I have personally bought several of these drives for various builds. Very good solid dependable SSD. I have used various PNY products for many years.

Great choice if you need SSD for only System and other basic programs (like Office, etc... ) Reliable Solid State Drive, solid materials.

Got this on sale for $20. Literally for the price of a thumb drive! Used this to run a experiments and tests. Like test newest Linux without using my main SSD.

I like products from PNY and this SSD drive is not an exception. It is as fast as you would expect from SSDs and never fails

Does what it's supposed to do and very affordable. Faster than regular old drives but slower than more expensive ssd.
