    The electrical contacts on the SSD's connectors failed to mate reliably with the connectors inside the laptop. Thus, at least half the time, the laptop fails to detect the plugged-in SSD and laptop won't boot. Fortunately, Best Buy accepted the return for an exchange for another identical SSD, and the second SSD worked more consistently.

    Easy online purchase, delivery was ok, it was a HDD in a cardboard envelope with no protection. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, hopefully all is well

    It works great, but it did not work with the device I needed it to work on. The purpose of this purchase was to get my old PS2 to play my backup games and it didn’t work. It worked fine on the computer

    It was replacement for your old drive in your pc or laptop, it works they transfer it to your new drive. Worth it, you should have a chrome book or tablet and have the information in case , or portable storage drive
