Use higher quality dives for valuable data

DO NOT USE a cheaper ssd brand for valuable data; pay more for higher quality and higher performance ssd drives. Use a cheaper brand for something low priority like STEAM game files.

DO NOT TRUST PNY WITH YOUR PHOTO MEMORIES
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to store 450GB of 13 years of family photos/home vids on. It was only used 5 times tops. Files transferred onto drive fine. When I went to back-up to HDD, drive failed. Data recovery service diagnosed ssd with a read/write corruption. PNY offered no solution except replacement drive, and wanted me to return the defective drive containing ALL OF MY FAMILY PHOTOS/HOME VIDS. I am now forced to spend between $300 and $1900 for a data recovery service to TRY and get my family photos/vids back. Bottom line, this company has probably cost me all of my family's photo/video memories.
