Purchased this drive the replace the older hard drive in my Dell all in one system. Before replacing the drive the system was so slow that it was very frustrating to say the least. I took the system to the Geek Squad and had them transfer all my information from the old drive to this new SSD drive. They completed the work in two days and after reinitiating the programs on the system it now runs very fast with no lag or delay when opening programs. This was one of the best things that I could have done and using the Geek Squad made the transfer almost seamless. As must buy to speed up your slower systems.

Not exactly a Terabyte, but close enough. It has pretty good speed.

This PNY SSD is a great addition to any PC. It greatly increases your PC speed and is easy to install. Highly recommended!

I use this is my home server and it has performed very well and serves content much faster than the HDD it replaced. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an SSD.

Great SSD for price I paid little bit over $100 for 1T. Work good, but only had for few days installed. PNY SSD did not came with cloning software. I also brought Samsung SSD 6mo, it came with really nice free cloning and OS migration software. I guess that is why price different. I did not realize most of free to diwnload HD to SSD software utility (few year back) are now charge anywhere from $30-$60. Some are still free or trial one out there, but several of them mess up window drivers on clone drive, so do you research. After trying paid one and few free/trial software. I finally had no issue with EaseUs Todo Backup Trial version. Wish PNY provide their own software for cloning/OS transfer.

$40 for 1TB. I needed a SATA SSD to install Starfield on while I wait to finally upgrade and retire my 7 year old budget gaming desktop. Made this the game drive. It was immediately abused with 600GB of data transfer upon installation. It maintained 180 MB/s transfer from a 5400 RPM HDD until it started thermal throttling at a toasty 80°C after 15 minutes. At which point it dropped to 50 MB/s transfer. More than fast enough for its target segment. Great budget bulk storage and HDD upgrade.

It was a good price and shipping was fast. It is a solid backup drive.

Just what i needed without breaking the bank. I bought it to have temporary store till i bought something better to add more storage to my P.C i built. I had no issues after owning for months.

Excellent cost for capacity, with the trusted PNY name. Drive installation was a breeze. Worth every penny.

Had an older PNY that was filling up.. So while these were on sale I picked up two of them. After a bit of copying over data I now have a whole terabyte more space. Should last for a bit. Purchased external cases for the replaced 500gb PNY drives and all is good.

Easy to install, great quality for the price point

This was such a great upgrade for my old HP laptop with an i7 processor. The startup is way faster than before. Used to turn on the computer then went to get a coffee then maybe start to work. Now turn on then work.
