Good points: easy to use with app, alot of space available 128 gigs. However, most of my videos only transfered to my computer musicwithout the video and be wary of transfering contacts as I lost some. Glad I keep paper records lol.

Build quality is good and the App’s UI looks simple, but I couldn’t get it to work. It’s possible I didn’t know how to use it properly. I was trying to clear 64gb of pictures and videos, it kept stopping before it it could finish transferring files. I gave it a few attempts but it didn’t work out for me.

One must install the app on their iPhone/iPad, but not needed on Windows 10. File transfer to the Apple products is less convenient than Windows. Shape is a little harder to carry, but not too bad.

Slow transfer speed for first backup but this is the best I found anywhere. The instructions for the app were bad but a quick search in the App Store and I found the correct app.
