Also need to download the app which the directions were not clear on. I also had to unplug the device for it to transfer to the computer.

Abrupt App Crashes

However, the software from the App Store is total garbage and never worked. I even tested it on a freshly formatted Apple iPhone XR with nothing on it, same result where when you launch the app, it freezes and then automatically closes abruptly. I ended up returning this and the next 3 from other local stores had the exact issue.
