Also need to download the app which the directions were not clear on. I also had to unplug the device for it to transfer to the computer.

For some reason mine lost data integrity as the files got transferred. I was transferring videos from an iPhone XS Pro... Had to return, but there may have been some user error involved.

Great iOS data export/import device!

Works very well with documents, pictures, music and video files. Does not support other data types; such as .zip, .backup, etc. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

Great idea, flaw in the app

The app kept crashing on multiple phones we tried and it seems like you can only select a few pictures at a time without the app crashing. when you have thousands of pictures to move, that is not practical.

Not the best choice

Neither sync to our phones. You download the app and then the app crashes when you click on it!! I spent $80 and if i could return them I would!
