    This product is the worst, I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and one for myself. Neither sync to our phones. You download the app and then the app crashes when you click on it!! I spent $80 and if i could return them I would!

    I have seen other reviews on this product, and it looked amazing. For some reason mine lost data integrity as the files got transferred. I was transferring videos from an iPhone XS Pro... Had to return, but there may have been some user error involved.

    I love the concept of this, but sadly I was not able to get this to work correctly. The app kept crashing on multiple phones we tried and it seems like you can only select a few pictures at a time without the app crashing. when you have thousands of pictures to move, that is not practical.

    It’s very convenient as an offline data import/export device. Works very well with documents, pictures, music and video files. Does not support other data types; such as .zip, .backup, etc. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.
