    Bought this as a gift, and while the product is nice, the file management on the app and when it is plugged into the computer doesnt make it easy to find your files. If they fixed the app, it would be great, but as is, you better know your file management

    I’ve hesitated upon purchasing this for a while now. I decided to pick it up recently after contemplating for months. Boy was that a wrong decision! Soon as I plugged it in, it prompted me to download the app, then that’s where the problem starts. App keeps closing/crashing, making this item useless! Save your money, DO NOT buy this!
