Poor App

Junk! Waste of money!

Not easy to use for my iPhone

Only backs up photos, not documents/files

I bought this device to back up all of the files and documents on my iPad, but it doesn’t recognize any files other than photos. What a waste of money.

Dreadful implementation of the accompanying app

However, the required app is so poorly implemented that the drive is frustrating to use and often locks up. So, I had to return it. I would clearly not recommend it!

Using the required app on my iPhone XSmax ,I can see the files on the usb, but not the files on my IPhone XS Max. I can copy from usb to iPhone , but not from the iPhone to the usb because the iPhone files aren’t visible. I can copy file attachments from emails using my iPhone to the USB. Might just need a App update to see files on the iPhone.
