I should have listened to a few reviews I saw that advised of the same problem I had when I went to use it. The device does not connect to the computer when you plug it in making it impossible to download anything. Giant waste of $ and time.

Doesn’t even work the usb drive portion

Went past my return period now it’s just a deadweight and can’t event be used. Don’t bother trying to buy this defective product. I bought the 128gb.

Stops in the middle

This will get my pics half into the device then gets error so all can’t transfer. So I then plug into computer and has error can’t transfer.

It never worked correctly. I first downloaded pictures onto it and my Sony smart TV couldn’t find the files, so I reformatted the drive and then my laptop couldn’t find the files. I returned it for a different brand.
